Never A Dull Moment

My name is Joanne LeFlufy (although I prefer to be called Jo) and I am a wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer located in Kamloops, BC, Canada.

My equation for a fullfilling existence is
Life = Love + Passion squared.

Loving myself (and others) and being passionate about who I am and what I do is what makes my life balanced. There are often hard times and uphill battles, but they make me a calmer, stronger, more genuine person (as well as a better photographer) and allow me to enjoy good times that much more.

I am happiest when I am exercising or being creative , so I rock the good time vibe when I'm playing Roller Derby or shooting and blogging.

When I started out in photography, my goal was to capture moments that evoke strong, positive emotions - laughter, tears of joy, unconditional love, etc. Although I still "shoot" for that goal, I am also thankful every day that I have the rare opportunity to make a living doing something I absolutely adore.

For me, photography is about unleashing my creative beast while connecting with people and helping them to see the beauty and humor inside and all around them - it's that simple.
